Dear parents, thank for your participation in the current AWANA year. Starting on June 10, registration for Club Year 2017-2018 will be available online at our AWANA clubs’ website.
Clicking on “Register Now” brings you to the screen below. If your child has registered for the current Club year, his or her record has already been available online. In this case, select on the “Returning clubber(s)” radio button and click on “Next” to go to the registration form. If your child is new to the club or didn’t register to attend the current AWANA club year, then select “New Clubber(s)”.

After you click on Next, it brings you to the online registration form as shown in FIGURE 2.
When filling out the registration form, please follow the guidelines below:
Use legal names – For security reasons, please use legal names only.
Use your primary email address – Please use your primary email address for registration purpose. Club leaders may need to reach you for events, activities and emergencies.
Require fields – All fields are required except those marked with (opt) as optional. If no information is available, please enter as N/A.
Security code – Please enter the security at the end in UPPER case only.

Returning Clubbers – Parents, if you are registering for returning clubbers and you did NOT registered online last year, please send both parents’ name and email addresses to firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. We need BOTH father’s and mother’s email addresses for online registration. You will receive a "welcome" email after you receiving your email addresses. Do not register until you have received the "welcome" email. Do not register until June 10th. Do not register as “new clubbers”. The online AWANA application uses parents’ email addresses to locate clubbers’ prior years’ handbook records.
Online payment /refund – In the future, you will have the option to pay AWANA tuition online for your child. You can use either credit card or PAYPAL for payment purposes. Refund can be credited to you account electronically should you decides to withdraws your registration.
If you are new to AWANA, after you submit the online registration form, you will receive an email from fellowship-loop.com with the following message.
Welcome to FellowshipLoop! Thank you for using FellowshipLoop's Awana online registration service.
Your temporary password is: ********. Please use your email address and this password to sign in. Once you have signed in, please click on Profile button next to the top menus to change your password. Please click on the link below to complete your registration process. If the link is not clickable, please copy the entire link and paste it to your web browser.
Please click on the link which will redirect you to www.fellowship-loop.com where you can sign into your account with your email (as entered in the registration form) and the temporary password in the email message. Note that the temporary password and the http link above are for illustration only. You will receive your own unique temporary password, and http link.
Please do remember to change your password once you sign into your account. In addition, please also remember that both parents need to click on the validation links for his/her respective email address for the very first time. Each parent will have his or her own account.
If the clubbers are currently attending AWANA at AWANA Clubs @CCIC-TV, your registration record is already available online. After you click on “Next“ in FIGURE 1, you will be redirected to the login screen where you are asked to sign into your account.

If you forgot your password, please click on the “Forgot your password?” link to reset your password. If you don’t know your email nor remember what email address you used, please send email to email@example.com with you phone number and one of our AWANA club secretaries will call you. After your sign in, you will be directed to the registration form where you can complete the registration from your account.
Once you sign into your account, you will have instructions of how to pay the Club tuition. Your Fellowshiploop account will serve as the communication interface with AWANA clubs at CCIC. Clubber leaders may contact you using the Fellowshiploop (FL) messaging system. FL messages will be forwarded to your email account on record. You can also check AWANA events, activities, schedules, view club pictures, media content from your account. For questions regarding Fellowshiploop features, please send your question via email to
